These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Swiss411.com. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Swiss411.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Statement. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use Swiss411. Dealer accounts must represent legitimate, registered businesses.
3. Marketplace Role
Swiss411 operates as a marketplace connecting buyers with verified third-party watch dealers. We are not a party to any transaction. All sales, payments, shipping, returns, and warranties are between you and the dealer.
4. Dealer Responsibilities
Dealers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including condition, year, reference number, and provenance. Listings found to misrepresent watches may be removed and the dealer account suspended.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for verifying watch condition and provenance before purchase, and for arranging payment and shipping directly with the dealer. Always inspect a watch before completing a transaction.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not list counterfeit watches, use the platform for fraudulent transactions, scrape data, or interfere with the operation of the service.
8. Subscription & Billing
Dealer subscriptions renew automatically on the billing date until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds for partial months.
9. Intellectual Property
All Swiss411 content, branding, and software is owned by Swiss411 Inc. Dealers retain ownership of their listing content and grant Swiss411 a license to display it.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. Swiss411 does not warrant that listings are accurate, complete, or current. Always verify directly with the dealer.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swiss411 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
