This Privacy Statement explains how Swiss411 Inc. ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our marketplace at Swiss411.com.

We collect information you provide directly (account details, listing content, inquiries) and information collected automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited, device identifiers).
2. How We Use Information
To operate the marketplace, verify dealers, deliver inquiries between buyers and dealers, process subscription payments, send transactional emails, prevent fraud, and improve our service.
3. Sharing With Dealers
When you send an inquiry, your name, email, optional phone number, and message are sent to the dealer of the watch you're asking about. Dealers may contact you about that watch only.
4. Payment Processing
Dealer subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Swiss411 does not store full credit card numbers. See Stripe's privacy policy for details on payment data handling.

6. Email Communications
We send transactional emails (account, billing, inquiries) and optional marketing emails (price drops, new listings). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, we retain limited information for legal, fraud prevention, and accounting purposes.
8. Your Rights

Swiss411 is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
